I am a 24-year-old Sales Associate at Crocs with a Bachelor of Science in Computer Information Systems – Web and Digital Media from Beacon College, the first accredited college in the U.S. dedicated to students with learning differences. My journey has been shaped by creativity, resilience, and a passion for blending digital media with people-focused service.

At Beacon, I built a strong foundation in web design, user experience, and digital storytelling, while also developing adaptability and problem-solving skills. These lessons taught me how to approach challenges with creativity and persistence—qualities that continue to shape my professional and personal growth.

In my current role at Crocs, I play an active role in driving sales performance and delivering exceptional customer experiences. I consistently assist customers in finding the right products for their needs, contribute to meeting and exceeding store sales goals, and ensure that the retail environment is welcoming and engaging. This role has sharpened my communication, teamwork, and leadership potential while giving me firsthand experience in customer engagement, upselling, and brand representation. Being part of such a dynamic retail team has also reinforced the importance of adaptability and maintaining a positive, solutions-focused mindset in fast-paced environments.

Over time, I’ve cultivated a skill set that bridges technology, creativity, and customer service. Whether I’m helping a customer in-store, designing digital artwork, or collaborating with others on projects, I bring the same enthusiasm, attention to detail, and drive to deliver meaningful results. My ability to combine technical knowledge with interpersonal skills makes me adaptable across different professional paths—from digital media to customer engagement.

Outside of work, I am a digital artist and lifelong Star Wars fan. These passions fuel my imagination, keep me inspired, and remind me of the power of creativity and storytelling. Looking ahead, I aim to grow my career in digital media and design, while continuing to develop my strengths in customer-focused roles that value creativity, innovation, and connection.
